Wedding Packages

We have a range of wedding packages for you to choose from. At your free consultation meeting with Dominique she will go through each package in detail, so that you are aware of what each involves and can select the one that best suit you and your budget.

Package 1 – Full Wedding Planning Service
Package 2 – Getting Started
Package 3 – On the Day Service 

Package 1- Full Wedding Planning Service

This is our most popular package and essentially is the package that means Dominique will assist you with everything to do with your wedding.

A fixed fee will be agreed between you and Dominique at the beginning of your relationship (please see Costs for further details).

Services provided include:

Ceremony

  • Preparation and assistance in selection
  • Organise/oversee church/registry booking
  • Rehearsal – attendance and co-ordination of wedding rehearsal
  • Oversee all arrangements on the day

Reception

  • Preparation and assistance in selection of venue
  • Facilitate all decisions in relation to the Venue, including;Food, Wine, Guest lists, all printed materials for the day (such as seating and table plans), all decorations
  • Full co-ordination of the day

Budget

  • Create event budget
  • Monitor and keep updated and on track
  • Manage disbursements to suppliers
  • Ensure deposits to suppliers are paid on due dates

Package 2 – Getting Started

This package is for brides who just need a little help getting started, but don’t want or need help with everything.

A fixed fee will be agreed between you and Dominique at the beginning of your relationship (please see Costs for further details).

Services provided include:

  • Venue finding
  • Putting together a budget
  • Help on finding suppliers
  • Compiling your guest list

Package 3 – On the day Service

This package is for brides who need help as their wedding gets closer. You will have already booked your venue, the invitations have gone out and all your suppliers have been hired.

Dominique will come in and pull it all together for you and then co-ordinate your day to your specific instructions. We usually get involved at least one month before the wedding date, but that really depends on you.

This means that you can enjoy your day without the hassle of being the sole contact for all the suppliers and Dominique will make sure that everything runs like clockwork.

Services provided include:

  • Contacting and visiting venue with you
  • Contacting all suppliers to confirm arrangements
  • Full co-ordination of the day
  • Ensuring all suppliers are paid on the day
